How do I make a complaint?

If you notice an error or have a complaint, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

🔁 Product complaints and replacement policy
At AE Boutique, we do not issue refunds, but we do allow item replacement in the event of an error or damage.

If you notice a problem with the item you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

🔹 Steps for making a complaint:
1. Get in touch via Instagram DM @ae_boutique_

2. Send photos and a brief description of the problem

3. Our team will review the application and confirm whether the complaint is approved.

4. If the complaint is approved, we send a new item via courier service

🔁 The exchange is done by the courier bringing a new item, and you handing over the old (defective) item to him at the same time.

No need to worry - we try to solve every situation quickly, professionally and to mutual satisfaction.
